Vocational Opinion

A written report of findings will accompany a verbal consultation. A Vocational Opinion is based upon both existing and new information revealed in the vocational evaluation.
A thorough evaluation includes a diverse set of subject related factors.

These include:

  • Medical Issues
  • Psychological Issues
  • Education, training, and specialty skills
  • Work history, acquired training and skills
  • Ancillary factors such as job performance reviews

Pressing Questions:

  • Does the Vocational Opinion add value to the case?
  • Can the rationale of the Vocational Expert be understood and supported by evidence?
  • Will the Vocational Expert earnestly communicate both strengths and weaknesses in the case evaluation?
